A Black Morocco Leather Writing Box in almost new condition, the top stamped with the original owner's monogram & with a central swing brass handle engraved:

The Black Leather blotter containing all unused blotting pages, and stamped with the same monogram as the box.
The full sized tray fitted with:
Two Pen Trays,
Travel ink Well,
Travel Light Box filled wax matches.
Behind the blotter, inside the lid, there is trellis of leather strips for securing calling cards etc.
The removal of the tray enables the box to be used for documents.
As with all Leuchar's boxes the key to the Bramah Patent lock can be used as a turn catch, as well as the means of locking the box.
