A Black Grained Leather covered Dispatch Box, the tooled lid gold stamped with the Royal Insignia of the Young Queen Victoria., and with a brass ring handle on one side and diamond shaped lock escutcheon. The lock retains its original key. The interior, with raised sides, is lined with tangerine velvet.
