A Fine Edwardian Oak Domestic Post Box, the sloped top bearing a brass panel engraved with a representation of King Edward VII's crown above the postal slot and engraved 'LETTER BOX'.
The door with twin glass windows, the upper with an opaque milk glass panel displaying times of collection which can be removed from inside, the lower for viewing the contents. The door is secured with a Bramah type lock & key.
The maker's label Army & Navy Makers C.S.L (Co-Operative Society Ltd.) is shown on the reverse of the door.
