A Victorian Black Grained Leather Investiture Scroll, the chamfered lid bearing Queen Victoria's royal cipher flanked. by a pair of royal crowns, the front with her insignia and a single crown (the right hand crown has been erased). Two side hooks secure the hinged interior which retains the original decorative paper lining.
