A complete Homoeopathy Practitioner's Box containing all the original bottles, thirty five of them with their contents, some retaining the original lead seals, all with their labels.
The drawer contains all seven of the bottles with their liquid contents and labels, five with the seals.
The 'LAURIE'S HOMOEOPATHIC GUIDE FOR FAMILY USE' by R.S. Gutteridge is dated May 1881.
The leather panel inside the lid is gold stamped with the maker's name, and his three London addresses:

and attached with a pair of pouches marked 'PLAISTER' containing leather folders for CALENDULA & ARNICA, an L shaped glass tube, and a brass pill tool.
The fine quality box is of walnut and mahogany, the drawer with a brass campaign handle, the working lock with its original key.
