An attractive & well made golden oak Arts & Crafts Domestic Post Letters Box with a book drawer. The raised pediment bears a decorative brass plaque fretted with the word "LETTERS'. The drawer front has a similarly fretted label with the words "BOOK POST" and has a brass knob. Letters are posted through the hinged flap which retains its original lock & key. The post can be viewed through the rectangular bevelled glass window. It stands on four Arts & Crafts Pyramidal feet.
