A fine Victorian Parliamentary Black Morocco Leather Covered Despatch Box, the chamfered lid mounted with a substantial brass swing handle, and bearing the Royal Insignia of Queen Victoria with the name GEORGE CULLEY ESq. The interior features a fitted tray with a travelling inkwell and padded pen tray. The lock is stamped J.T. Needs, 100 New Bond St. late J. Bramah 124 Piccadilly, and retains its original key.
