A George V Red Leather Deed Box containing A Royal Warrant written on vellum granting The Stewart Baronetcy of Balgownie in Bearsden, in the county of Dumbarton to JAMES WATSON STEWART*, dated the 2nd July 1920 with attached  green double-sided wax seal housed in a black lacquered tin case. The box is stamped and tooled in gold with ornate Royal Arms. Working lock with key.

*Sir James Watson Stewart (1889-1955) Sir James Watson Stewart was a member of The Glasgow Corporation from 1904-1920, and Lord Provost of Glasgow from 1917-1920
